Service Description

APFCompliant provides website compliance scan reports and violation notices on behalf of Pro Veritas LLP. The compliance report lookup service allows demand letter recipients to access their specific compliance report using a Reference Number and PIN provided in their demand notice. APFCompliant also provides a contact form for compliance inquiries.

Pro Veritas LLP Relationship

APFCompliant operates as a compliance reporting platform in partnership with Pro Veritas LLP. The compliance scan reports and violation notices available through this platform are prepared by or on behalf of Pro Veritas LLP. Legal representation is provided separately by Pro Veritas LLP and is subject to separate engagement terms agreed upon directly with Pro Veritas LLP.

Acceptable Use

The compliance report lookup service is intended for use by the named addressee of the compliance notice. By using this service, you agree to the following:

  • Automated access, web scraping, or programmatic querying of this service is prohibited
  • Attempting to access compliance reports for which you do not hold a valid Reference Number and PIN is prohibited
  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits or lockout mechanisms is prohibited
  • Using the contact form to submit spam, false information, or harassing communications is prohibited

APFCompliant reserves the right to block access from IP addresses that violate these terms.

Report Accuracy

Compliance scan reports reflect the findings of a website scan conducted at a specific point in time. Website conditions may have changed since the scan date. APFCompliant does not warrant the completeness or ongoing accuracy of scan results. The scan date is indicated on each compliance report.

Contact Form Submissions

By submitting the contact form, you consent to APFCompliant and Pro Veritas LLP contacting you regarding your compliance inquiry via email or phone using the contact information you provide. You acknowledge that your submission and the information therein will be shared with Pro Veritas LLP for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Limitation of Liability

APFCompliant is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on compliance scan results or other information provided through this service. Use of this service is at your own risk. The compliance reports are provided as-is without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Changes to Terms

APFCompliant may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to agreements made and performed entirely within the United States. Any disputes arising from use of this service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable United States law.
